Lahaina celebrates the migration of Pacific Humpback whales with an annual Whale and Ocean Arts Festival the first weekend in March at Banyan Tree Park in Lahaina. Several Whale Research groups will educate visitors and locals alike. Artists display their best marine-themed art for sale, while Hawaiian musicians and hula troupes entertain. The event also includes a keiki art contest, lei making, and face painting. Welcome the whales and enjoy the festivities this March at the Lahaina Whale and Ocean Arts Festival.
