| Description: | Location: Honoluu Academy of Arts In the new year, multilingual jazz singer Sacha Boutros takes the stage. Dividing her time between her native San Diego and New York, Boutros can swing from classic jazz standards a la Anita O’Day to original Latin-tinged ballads en espanol. No stranger to the Honolulu music scene, Boutros has performed with Honolulu Jazz Quartet and has been a regular at HPR’s Atherton studio, where she recorded her latest album Sacha Live In Hawaii. The singer is ecstatic about making her Doris Duke Theatre debut on Jan. 7. Doris Duke Theatre, Honolulu Academy of Arts, concert starts at 7:30 p.m. $45, $40 Academy members. | |||
