Description: Pacific New Media at the University of Hawaii, Manoa is bringing you intensive workshops to teach you about technology! Learn the basic features of Photoshop that allow you to enhance and improve your photos. This class is designed for individuals who want to work with images simply and directly, without the complexity of the advanced features of Photoshop. Prepare images for newsletters, brochures, the web and email. Start with a tour of the program interface and important settings, then practice cropping, rotating, retouching and cloning. Explore layers & layer styles, resolution, painting and adding text. Work with time-saving automated features and use Adobe Bridge to explore and organize your photo collection. This class in designed to be both enlightening and highly practical.
