| Description: | Keep It Green Hawaii and Native FM 93.3 prouldy presents the 2nd annual Bob Fest Ag Fair w featuring organic farms and farmers, charter school garden groups and participants such as Kona CPR, Civil Defense, Sustainable Isand Proudcts, Neighborhood Watch, Abundant Life Natural Foods and CERT Hawaii there will be a Seed Exchange, demonstrations & good fun. Music lovers can mingle with local farmers, learn how to prepare for an emergency, purchase a CPR barrier, sign up for garden workshops and enjoy great some great Reggae music in picturesque downtown Hilo. Line up TBA! Bob Fest Ag Fair is the gateway that brings a diverse populace together. This gathering place promotes Hawaiis agriculture, advocates sustainability enriches community awareness. | |

| Representatives and Agreements (Please Read Carefully) The undersigned hereby represents that he/she is the Applicant or and Office or other Authorized Agent of the Applicant named herein and that he/she is over 18 years of age. The undersigned further acknowledges he/she has read and is familiar with the Statement of Policy and Rules Governing Use of Mooheau Park and Bandstand, and recognizes and agrees by his/her signature hereto the making of this Application, the issuance of any Permit based on this Application and the use authorized by such Permit are expressly conditional upon Applicants acceptance and continuing observation of said Rules. Applicant will indemnify and hold the 1st Annual Bob Marley Day Concert & Ag Fair and Keep It Green Hawaii harmless from and against any and all claims for personal injuries, death, damages, costs and/or other expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from or in any way connected with the use of Mooheau Park and Bandstand or any part or facility thereof by the Applicant or Applicants agents, members, partners, associates, contractors, servants and employees. The undersigned declares, under penalties of perjury, that the factual information furnished by him/her in this Application is true, accurate and complete to the best of his/her knowledge and belief. | ||
