Dr. Foster is Professor of Music and Assistant Chair of the Department of Music and Dance at the University of Kansas. He is the conductor and musical director of the award winning Lawrence City Band. An active guest conductor and adjudicator, Dr. Foster has served as conductor or adjudicator in 37 different states, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Singapore, and throughout Europe. | |
